i first hand seen a KT session from these WITCH companies....daily 2 hr meetings for 2 weeks....straight....everything documented....and still screw up and reach onsite full time resource for help....

I had worked in a similar project back in 2012 where they used to pay me just $90K and any efforts pertaining to dev/qa were being taken care of  by the TCS guys from offshore..Na pani mng thellolaki good morning seppudu ..Evening aithe manollaki good mng seppudu..All I have to do is to gather the requirements from the client and communicate the same to the offshore guys. Just oka handoff notes raasi vellipovali..Ala TCS ki chala projects unnayi..

but this WITCH company model is different...

they bid for support projects...get their employees on h1b lekapothe b1 meedha teche vaaru...until jake palmer sued....get KT here and go back to india...

what about outsource to witch companies onsite ?? 

Witch companies mellaga client dagara dhuri .... we will do this project or we will support this project for pennies ani cheppi motham kabja chesestharu and witch companies bring h1b's from India or hire here and  pay minimal like 60K because of which high pay jobs and american jobs gone.

minimum scale peruguthe witch companies cannot bid  projects/support for less and clients don't outsource to them if they don't see lot of $$$$$ gains.

WITCH companies have changed their strategies man. Now they have some good US hire resources and EB1 Bots. To do the Grunt work they hired loads of less experienced Locals who are on TPS refugee visa etc. Their margins will suffer  but they have a business continuity plan

ma client lo oka witch company ade doing using Makku NEpali african GC TPS etc. 2yrs ago they used to hire  lot of Indian contractors etc. Now completely stopped C2C

big catch in bill is third party employer who is client has to attest that they wont replace american..clients client letter ke edustharu inka attest cheyyamante end of contract antaru..sal req is ok can be managed but client attest ante very difficult. with current anti immigration climate bill has very high chances to pass..
