105K in FTE = 130K in Contracting at least. 

Is your W2 hitting 130K avg year ? If not take FTE. 

Inka Dallas expenses ante i cannot comment much. If you are a young family can you consider smaller communities or homes. Maa friend okadu illlu konnadu 1 year back 350K annadu. Location etc IDK. Vaalla community lo inka vacancies unnayi ani told. Same community lo 1600 avg ki rents ki istunnaru annadu. So it definitely is a good pay. 

If you calculate 401k, health insurance, time off, immigration expenses (if you pay to your contracting firm) 105 is good for 4 yrs exp
