dont worry , its a condition just like anything else, try medications suggested by doc

eat a proper diet of red meats, fish , mushrooms and garlic , mind calm ga relaxed ga untey anni body ne alter cheskuntadhi

Telusthai man but doc order cheyali. If they are symptoms related to it, doc usually mentions it in report.

naa friend ki same issue unde. Ipudu IT lo chesevaalaku idi common ayipoyindi.

Gym maanesi daily walking cheyamandu around 5 miles. Intense work out cheyaku. Eat lot of meat, fatty fishes like Mackerel, salmon, lots of butter. neeku red meat alavaatu unte baaga help avuthadi

Daily pumpkin seeds, Goji berries thinu. Cut coffee & alcohol. Use Maca root powder in drinks.

Most important, stress avakudadu

naa friend ki 6 months lo Eastrogen & testosterone levels baagane improve ayindi.

 

You will be fine, ekuvaga stress teesukoku, diet habits maarchukunte chaalu.

Bhaiya no issues at all.. simply workout at least 4 times a week with good weights not too heavy.. something you can lift well...do less cardio..not more than 20 mins...Eat garlic in the morning on empty stomach for few weeks..Sleep at least for 7-8 hours..Make sure you are asleep between 12am and 5 am as maximum testosterone gets produced during that time..have beetroot juice 4 times a week..You can increase it very soon..don't worry as worrying about it will further reduce testosterone..and being happy will boost your levels very soon...
