Its not only cool. Its the natural social state of humans.

if you want, you can read George Orwell's Homage to Catalonia, to see how anarchist societies worked.

If you are not the type who enjoys reading, listen to what Noam Chomsky says about anarchism on youtube.

This is the progression. direct democracy ----> socialism ---> anarchy.

direct democracy -- people vote on policies that affect them, than voting for people who decide on what policies are best without asking them if they are indeed best for them.

socialism -- cooperative work places where workers make decisions, and enjoy the fruits of their work without any owner taking away money because he 'invested' in the company.

anarchy -- all socialist cooperatives mentioned above freely exchange their goods and services without expecting anything in return. man is free to pursue his goals, after he has put in the bare minimum expected of him for the society. he won't have to worry about saving for later, educating his child, and all such bullshit that modern humans have to worry about.

anarchism is possible if people don't lose their sh1t after robots take away all the jobs. If people panic and elect assholes like Trump, Modi, etc, then it's going to take more time to achieve anarchy.

I don’t think it can be achieved any soon. As of now only those people adopt anarchy who themselves know they are no longer part of the race and lost it long back. That’s not even anarchy. Though they themselves pose like anarchists, they are pseudo anarchists.

Wondering how the real ones are like!!

'real' ones cannot exist in the society. There's no practical way for them to exist inside a capitalist/liberal society.

the race is stupid, and is designed for stupid, and sociopathic people to win. at best an anarchist can refuse to race, but going further than that is committing suicide.

most universities can qualify as quasi anarchist societies. even private institutions like MIT. would you call them losers?

anarchy can be achieved, if it is pushed like every other ideology is pushed on to people. It'll take time, but it can be achieved. They achieved it in contemporary North western Syria for example.

university departments are free to work on research areas they wish to, hire people they wish to, seek 3rd party funds, without any direction from the chancellors, unlike a regular company.

even inside departments, individual professors are totally free to chose their line of work.

Got it. But don’t you think having no rules could lead to misuse.

any anarchy is not something that can be achieved, its a process of constant tinkering with the mechanics of how groups make decisions for themselves.

so technically, anarchy cannot be achieved, because there is no end goal.

yes. the system should be extremely vigilant (not nonchalant like the current liberal democracies where people don't bother questioning their representatives and wait for 4yrs to cast their votes), and its not easy.

the thing is, anarchy has a lot of problems too. but the biggest upside is there won't be stagnation when it works well (i.e. power is not allowed to consolidate in the hands of few) which is not easy.

humans can be extremely selfish, and giving such selfish people power and continually electing such into power is not good for us in the long run.

we were supposed to have flying cars by now, and instead we are stuck with mass surveillance, that is going to help only a few in the govt.
