Tata Consultancy Services Limited has filed 43794 labor condition applications for H1B visa and 9 labor certifications for green card from fiscal year 2014 to 2016.  Tata Consultancy Services was ranked 2 among all visa sponsors.

Cognizant Technology Solutions U.S. Corporation has filed 11250 labor condition applications for H1B visa and 11637 labor certifications for green card from fiscal year 2014 to 2016. Cognizant Technology Solutions was ranked 7 among all visa sponsors

Hcl America, Inc. has filed 15791 labor condition applications for H1B visa and 1125 labor certifications for green card from fiscal year 2014 to 2016. Hcl America was ranked 11 among all visa sponsors

false....naku telsina infosys and wipro ppl ki last week h1s reject ayyaay...total oka 10 extension petitions rejectd...

 

at present 35000 petitions are in RFE stage and 6000 denied....veetilo ekkuva infosys wipro vuntai

naa circle lo ite WITCH gallaki andariki getting approved. But many queries in others cases. 

Ofcourse may be its just coincidence.

even ma frnd ki kuda WITCH nunchi denied...but manam anukuntunnatu not because of witch company employee...this year rejections has a lot to do with the few universities accreditation issues which happened in last year.. and wage levels..these are the main two reasons as far as I know..

my frnd is one of them...Infosys sent him back to India and re-filing in premium ...client also kept his position open for 3 months

No, if they dont have OPT/CPT they are sent back to Indian office location..if he still has some kind of work authorization then they will apply coming year.. another interesting thing is they dont tell you what the RFE is about...they just send you the list of documents they need to reply to the RFE..based on the documents they have asked we should guess this might be the RFE... no  transparency at all..if u ask HR they will say its against company policy...company policy...my foot
