Do people really want freedom?

I do. and I can't get myself to be with people who actively/passivley try to oppress others, but more and more it looks like people don't want freedom.

They want certain things, and are willing to let go of freedom to achieve those things.

i.e. people are so easily manipulated. by promise of s3x, identity, money, power, etc.

ofcourse its pointless to hate them for it. They are what they are.

the obvious question is - if its technically impossible for a majority of population to aim for a higher purpose, how much is a life really worth? like, should I even feel bad for people getting killed in earthquakes or terrorist attacks, or consider them as x less number of assholes remaining to deal with now?

I think I'm beginning to feel at peace now.

people are sh1t. if you don't have the heart to manipulate them to do your bidding, atleast try to destroy them for fun, before they destroy many others.
