niti ayog suggested to give to state govt anukunta to speed up the works.  the main reason for the delay of the project is transtroy company & 2013 land acquistion rule which increased the project cost immensely. if centre delays continuous flow of funds the project cost increases year by year. & lack of coordination between centre & state. for example coffer dam issue project meedha basics thelisinavadu kooda chepthaadu coffer dam is needed ani. malli daanikosam centre committee vachi check chesi approve cheyyali ani one month delay chesaaru.   naaku thelisinantha varaku 40% of the project is completed. I think AP govt will not reach the dead line of 2019 to complete the project.
