usually nenu chicken/goat 70% cook chesi, tray lo vesi 60% cooked rice vesta..taste bagane untundi..but enduko aa dum taste radu.

nenu chestha biryani...usual ga hundi lo chestha on stove(awesome vasthundhi)

monna oven lo try chesa....lavadala vachindhi 

 

i like meat to be raw and put the half cooked rice....and cook everything together...i think it gives the best flavor 

half cooked meat tho biryani cook chesthea...i dont think you get the complete flavors

oven lo bane untadhi baa.. easiest process anthe.. ekkuva time spend chese opika lekunte adhe better

EE link as it is follow aypoooo..........but dont throw the water instead use it on rice and make sure rice is 70 percent cooked(video lo 90 antadu)

boiling water lo 7 mins unte chalu rice cook aythadi exact 7 mins.

adhea baa......halfcooked meat and then later adding rice tho biryani complete flavors ravemooo ani na feeling....just a thought 

i think if we can cook raw meat over semi cooked rice....complete dum flavor vasthadhi ani naa feeling

okavella mee oorlo manchi biryani spot untea.....you dont have to go thro this headache 

 

ma oorlo no consistency....so i gave up...started making myself
