Let's do the math

65 ante 52 vasthayi neeku 80/20 lo

52*168 hrs for a month = 8736

8736*12 for a year = 104832

10 paid holidays kabatti 4160 deduct cheseyi around 100k vesuko

H1b fees for 3 terms(9 years) with amendments, extensions, premium processing, attorney fees antha kalipi oka 15k vesuko

half gc fees nuvve kaduthavu kada around 6k ala

etu choosina 80/20 eh better

but future lo neeku antha rate rakapoyina 85k istha ante better deal adi..

varies and depends..

the concept of salary is complex while dealing with Mestris, it will be litigation the moment you are on bench

instead of trusting that mestri will pay bench pay, it is better to take percentage and handle your own benefits

when you are in your bench, you will not have any leverage to negotiate, you are just a headcount as long as your are billable
