i use to go for cardio. not for professional thing.

its good if the trainer knows to motivate. the class should have mixture of punches and cardio. 

i did sparring also couple of times here and there. i was showing good progress,,, i stopped now after my gym(ufc) here closed without any notice. rest all places timings wont match and heavy costly... 

buy gel padded gloves if bands are not good. but good quality gloves. never hit the punch with little finger as center of force, get use to placing thumb properly. u might sprain it in beginning learning where to keep it. but dont break it. kick the bag with the front side of ankle whatever u call it. when u kick back side do it at heel. when bag is moving u might hit toes and hurt. ive naku tagilina debbalu.. but no big injuries touch wood.

Even i used to go also make sure good guard for tammudu and legs pads Guys who sparr will be merciless.

new york lo fighting was not allowed.. so i was never found anyone such.. they also knew that im newbie so aggressive avvaru.. and moreover nu kodithe gattiga, by mmistake aina sare, these fellows wont spare... valu kuda gattiga kotti sorry cheptharu.

VA lo it was a free for all. Kottukoni savandi annattu odilesevadu coach gadu. You will slowly develop resistance to pain
