no. the other state will take atleast 30yrs to build comparable infra, and that's a very optimistic estimate. unless Hyd stops focusing on infra development, people won't move from there.

Ipudunna corruption levels ki enni yrs padutundo chepalem for capital build, adding to that govt change authu untay,

there were some numbers released by govt few yrs back on how many ppl move to hyd from other states ani, those were staggering numbers, avi thagguthay antunna, and majority of those are daily labour

warangal lo veyyamani cheppatla brother. but traffic tagguthadi anukovatam thappu anna. anthey.

city will be always stretched to its limits, because there are not enough of them. anthey.

Yup, stretch avatam jarugutundi, that wil always be work in progress, but with metro in place, it covers major business areas so ppl will prefer metro to bus/car

I think you misunderstood. intha infra ki inthey population/traffic ani decide aythey, Indian cities will become cesspools of incompetence. (eg. chandigarh)

pls understand. Hyd or any other city in India has very low per capita income, and metro is a luxury there. To sustain that luxury, city has to grow and accommodate more people. Hope I'm making sense.

city planners in India discount this, and think western levels of infra can be achieved at the current levels of productivity in Indian cities. No. Indian cities have to improve many folds to achieve that level of infra. Simply building more infra is not the way to provide good infra to people.

I know it reads silly if you don't understand the whole picture.

Lets be optimistic and say, Hyd with its world class infra (metro+airport) will attract the right kind of people (highly salaried, and innovative). because nobody can stop others from moving into Hyderabad.

kolkata tisuko example ga,

Kolkata is not exactly known for its world class infra. Its metro started way back in the 80s, 70s?

they stopped big ticket projects after that.

I think you are opening a new line of argument. nenu cheppedhi nuvvu cheppedhi almost same. I'm not knocking Calcutta at all. I love the city.

to think that Hyd metro will not attract newer people into the city is wrong notion. kolkata is not the city that has highest growth in population in recent decades. It was bangalore. and now Hyderabad will join it.

madras lo kooda okadu - Thirumurugan Gandhi, ani.. he used the right platforms to become popular and is now asking for people to reject electoral politics, and get into agitations. His organization has successfully agitated against big ticket projects, and small issues, and forced the govt hand.

and he's still working in a company, and does this in spare time.

manam (including me) are lazy and selfish.

I agree but i still think one person cannot do anything about pollution. Its a global issue but hyd delhi lanti places lo immediate ga action tesukovalsina stage lo unnam. We dont have time. Its been more than 15 yrs that stars became invisible in hyd. Aey warangal or vere place ki velthe kanipistayi. Strict rules like one vehicle for family etc etc pettali inka peragakunda and may be kotha solutions vetakali unna pollution taggadaniki..Tagginchadaniki em cheyalo cheppentha smart nenu kadu but govt has that ability to have a team and look for solutions.

One person can do a lot of things. but he should not expect immediate results. this is not like a business deal.

idhi teliyakunda nenu 30yrs pedda pudingi laaga brathika. next 5yrs, people tho maatladataaniki try chesthunna, but naaku artham kaavatam ledhu ela reach avvaalo without completely quashing my ego.

hopefully my next 35yrs lo edanna panikochhey pani cheyyali. other than enriching myself.
