why are the fertility rates of Turkey, Iran, and even Bangladesh less than that of India then? 

they don't have any such agenda. it is just others who project such goals on to them, and force them to accept.

just check fertility rates within UK.

white british rates have stabilized at around 1.8, while Bangladesh's has been falling from 4, down to around than 2.5 now. second - third generations are having less and less kids.

pakistan's fell much slower, I agree. It has to do with the kind of people who migrate there. pakistan has more newer immigrants than other groups.
