Coast is a very huge advantage to AP. 

Political situation is Tamilnadu is horible. So development will be stalled for atleast decade there. AP has to take advantage of this and attract as many projects it can meanwhile.

CBN planning vallane kada.. KIA, Honda, HCL...etc... one by one vastundi.. ivi pedavi.. medium and small size vi chal unai... Tirupati, vizag are growing fast..

gnt,vij, Amaravati ani kalisipoinai... its one big city like hyd.. not many years.. lot changed since division...
