Suggestions plzz...2 months back emergency meda india ki vacha, now to go back h1 stamping avvali...ma manager gadu pedda waste gadu... offshore lo work cheyamani force chestunadu...endukante SOW expire avthundi december ki ani kahani cheptunnadu...feb lo pamputhadu anta SOW...i dont want to stay in offshore...Can i go to stamping with out SOW ? 

Note: nadi EC model...and employer is india lo one of the biggest MNC
