25 extra miles is considered as criminal offense. Thye might put you in jail and give community service. dont repeat again.

You have two options:

1) Go to the court and plead guilty. judge will reduce the points and will charge  you as a moving violation or may give you 2 points as 10miles over speed limit

2) Hire a lawyer and give him extra $500 bucks who will do the same as point 1 above.

3 years back same happened but Nee kanna konchem ekkuve.. reckless ani ichhadu.. hired a lawyer .. defense class theeskoni pampina certificate .. history lo padajunsa no points tho close chesindu..500$ charged 

dont repeat antha speed malla.. aa incident tharvatha Stl local lo b 60 la 70 povalantene thinking

niku ae county lo aithe ticket padindo, a county ki local la vunde attorneys ni patuko...

These attorneys usually make a deal with prosecutor to make an out of court settlement ...jaan pehchaan vuntadi and especially traffic tickets ki aithe idi pakka work out ayitadi...

Thats true,

these attorneys have connections  and vallukuda bribe chestharu with some costly wine bottles etc.

go with local attorney in that county..
