chenchu ramayya incident 1985 lo &  razakars movement is in 1947  may be communism lo caste  tharuvaata perigindhi emo kaani. appatlo antha undedhi kaadhu.  you said no andhrite fought against  razakars so i was just saying that i knew few people from andhra region  who participated in razakars movement.

does anyone know the rule and regulation for 2 party consent  india while recording a phone/video transcript.

us lo i think 11 or 12 states lo ilaanti audio or video tape recordings are not permitted as evidence on the grounds of "reasonable expectation of privacy."
