but every guy who sits by and watches women harassment, and even joins the harassment passively, is complicit.

I am guilty of this myself, when I was laughing at sexually laden jokes senior partners used to make during business meetings, and was shocked to see open harassment of women (groping, solicitation) by the same people who made the joke, later. 

Men are so oblivious to what women go through. little bit empathy needed from both sides. More from the men side.

Its not hatred, its feeling of entitlement. like - 'why is she being the killjoy when everybody enjoys the joke'. dude, its because the joke's on her, and not for the first time.

lets say women take it sportively, and come up with their own jokes on men, do you think men will take it easily? most certainly not. Men are wary of an assertive, intelligent and creative woman who can make jokes on them. They react by bullying her collectively.
