Yea Bhayya.. good suggestion. I was in a bad  relation with someone for 8 long years. thanu voddhu ankundhi kani edho oka reason tho nenu vodhileyyaledhu. one salary tho bathakadam em kashtam kadhu.. I am ready for that also. kani already dentist ga job chese ammai ikkada continue cheyyali career ani expect chesthundhi kadha.. So naa financial situations valla nenu support cheyyalenu ane clarity aa ammai ki ivvali. I don't know your financial sitautaion but I was also on the same boat like you few years ago but decided to sell my properties in India if required . Fortunately I have a very good family who are not money minded to support me in the worst case . First tally your loans and expenses and see if you can survive with the current salary for the next 2-3 years . Consider to change the jobs and get more salary if you cannot manage with the current salary .another important thing to discuss is planning about kids .

another thing to consider is do you guys plan to stay in the US for the next decade. If you leave to India or any other country in between all the effort put in the US is down the drain as unlike IT each country has it's own licensing pathways for foreign doctors.If gone to india she will have to start from scratch unlike her peers who would have some PG degree and have an head start in practice/job

Aa ammayine adugu details .. next steps enti .. enni yrs chadavali enta avutundi .. how is she planning for it ani .. if she is really passionate she must have every single detail of the program by now .. or else it might be another case looking for free ticket to USA. Just beware !
