Tellapur side check chey....akkada govt ki 400 acres land undi....that is the only biggest Govt land available for SEZ closer to Financial Dist. Already TRS govt 120 acres ni Tishman Group ki ichindi for developement.....next few yrs lo any new IT projects will be allotted in that 400 acres. Ah area surrounding motham villa's construction avthundi...i think hunderds of them....so after gachibowli > financial Dist...next is Tellapur emo ani doubt...but do some research

Keesara vaipu eppudu rates baga peruguthunayi becoz of it's proximity to city (ECIL and Ghatkesar).

eppudu akkada rates koncham andubatulo vunnayi  ... if you are thinking for 5-10 years investment then you can buy now 5-10 acres in that area for 1C.

dora isthunna hype tho yadagiri gutta daggara rates raised multiple times in short time.

Yadagiri gutta vaipu rates eppudu jump jilani so not good for long term investment.

last statement ki 200% agreed. 35K / yard petti land ante almost 1 cr + land paina , 1 cr + inti paina invest cheyyali . So Adhi assalu correct kadhanipisthundhi 

Nadergul lo 11k is reasonable bro, ofcourse... depends on the exact plot location
