nope C's from bezawada are super fikking rich , everyone i know has atleast 20-30 crores in fixed assets.

daaniki thodu sthree dhanam kinda oka 10cr techukuntaaru.Hyd and Tg side atlaaa range  katnaalu undav gaa.

the ROI wont even be comparable to what u get from a plot but plot kontey protect cheskogalagaali

agreed on this. but in 100 only 10 or 20 people belong to that category.

wrong.. 50-60% of ppl are buying those 1cr apts in gachibowli. i have seen it when was in hyd a month ago.

It is a plastic factory which melts waste platic covers...is it a recent venture or old open plot?

We have 1.5 acre in Shamshabad............ less than 5KM from Airport.

My dad bought that in 2002........ 2008 lo peaks ki vellindi real estate boom lo, tarvata Financial crisis happened & Seperate Telangana state lolli tho boom motham tengindi........ Last 3-4 years nundi malla things are starting to look good anta.

 

not sure how the land rates are there now, I don't talk or ask my dad about these real estate issues much. 

 

But be careful there is always risks involved. Don't invest in land for 5 years or less......... Invest for long term (15-30 years).

Property documents and registration baaga check cheskondi.......... too many fraudsters and Mafia idiots in Hyderabad who will screw you for the rest of your life.

Court cases, police stations chuttu tiragali litigation issues vaste.

I suggest everyone the same as I was cheated by a Bhimavaram guy with double registration. These kind of incidents have become pretty common. Before you guys invest in any land in and around hyderabad, make sure to have your legal opinion and once you get your land, make sure to apply for LRS or BRS and apply for loans and get utility connections on your name. The more government papers you get, the more authority you will have on the land even if it ends up in litigations. Good luck.
