i think once the dam is built and reservoir is filled to capacity, water released from the p'varam right canal will be released from high altitudejust from the neck of the dam, thereby the water flows down due to gravity and mixes in krishna river after pulichintala reservoir.

Using coffer dam aa, ala ayithe flop design edi. I see lots of flaws in the design and as I know coffer dam temporary mathrame
