I am not working, but I know some.

Are you interviewing with them? Is it IT Consulting service? Culture depends on your role and service area.

If it is Consulting  Services - be prepared to travel. Even if they say local projects that will not last for a while.

Bonus is OK in consulting. Salary is avg. If you can travel, life will be very dependent on the project. Soft skills baaga improve avtayi, helps you to land in to a client side full time job easily. Work baaga pichekkistaru.

Interview process will be 2-3 phases. One phone HR, One Phone technical and 3-4 hours onsite.

If they are hiring you for a particular project in mind, the project's Sr.Manager or Partner may also interview you.

They do H1B but GC is almost always EB3. EB2 is very tough. 2-3 straight years spotless performance and 2 managers and 1 partner should vouch for your performance.

State govt projects or delivery  centers (I think that is the right term but not 100% sure) aithe - almost all Indian colleagues. Really horrible culture in those areas. These will be long term  jobs, relatively less pay and very routine work. AFAIK there are delivery centers in Harrisburg and Orlando. Vere locations IDK. If possible try to avoid these, work life balance very bad.

Are you saying you rejected offers from the company that is best known to sponsor MBA and help you change role easily from IT to non-IT? Interesting
