Already cloud/automation automating lot of manual jobs

second generation ABCD's are joining jobs in huge number. 

Amru's are getting trained in lot of tech's.

that is the plan of the administration aa shortage tho ne they think companies will be forced to hire local USC's and if they are less skilled train them

May be the plan is to take QA and BAs from Indians. Veetla meedha train cheyadam chaala easy. Architect and Senior developer ante konchem kastam, but the simple jobs should go to Americans.

What I am saying is low tech jobs ni easy ga speciality occupation to lepestaru. Too many layers ni employee employer relationship to lepestaru, but evc and to some extent evvc model will stay. Hard to kill them. Lots of american companies represent the v(Tek, kforce, insight global) are in the evc model. They will lobby against it/sue it. As long as they end low wage low tech jobs evc model will not be an issue. They will be for high paid(90k+) high tech jobs(Development, Cloud, Machine learning etc)..

+1 there is a big middle vendor lobby. They are pretty rich too.
