1st month bagane work icharu n chesanu without any issues
2nd month nundi work yekkuva ivvadam ledu

ento office ki vastunnana veltunnana annattu vundi

unna senior developers works tho busy ga vunnaru, emanna work ivvandi ani maa team lead and other senior developers ni adigithe 5 days ki oka chinna issue istaru adhi oka 4 hrs lo ayipotundi.

dude..senior developers and lead desi galla ayitahy you will be like taht for end of the project ...desi gallu project ni control lo pettukovali ani evariki chepparu that is coming from ages... okati valla mundhu bend avvali ledu antay calm ga kurchoni enko project chusukovali ...

Absolutely healthy.these are not symptoms but expected behaviour.jon antey ilaney vuntundi, mana witch gallu mottam dobbichi banisa batukulu chesaru.nuvu aa state and pace lo chesi 4 hrs lo complete chestunav but it should be done in 30-40 hrs ani valla meaning.dont irritate them by asking everyday for work.just blend into their culture.oka 1-2 yrs tarvata konchem work load penchutaru

last week lo 2 times lead ni irritate chesa athanukoddiga serious ayyi "don't disturb me " anndu. taruvata nenu work ivvamani adagadam ledu.

Kaani naa doubt enti ante work lekapothe why they hired me ani?
