friend car accident insurance coverage ela claim cheyyali ?

he lives in new jersey...met accident in parking lot in pennsylvania state...someone hit and drove.

can he claim being in penn state where he moved recently ? how to approach insurance companies ? any suggestions ?

no...he vacated the old place...so no address.

he wants to have repairs to be done in penn state body shop.

NJ nunchi recent ga moved here...still licesne and car registration still NJ only.

Doesnt matter where the accident happened. Insurance vadiki friend inti ki visit ki vellanu ani cheppamanu or if he recently move and also tell them that he is moving to Penn state in week or so, so mailing address update cheyimanu prasthutaniki.

he is planning to take penn state license and registration and then new car insurance thiskuni...claiming ani telling.so that the coverage will be permanent in these winters.
