Education is really important but higher education going into private hands, is not a good sign. We need private players at basic education where we need more autonomy,transparency and liability as thousands of crores are being spent every year and quality of education is still low. But private universities, although non-profit ones, will never really help in education.

Although there are couple of private universities which excelled but 90% of private universities have been black listed already and usually degrees are for sale.

Jokes apart...Impressive planning...city block structure and planning...This type of block structure is a perfect plan for urban centers. Almost all major modern cities were planned on this block planning and has been hugely successful.

For a city being built from scratch, This could be best way forward...
