I am not at all concerned with the guy. I was concerned abt what happens if it turns out to be false or something that kid thought as molestation but it isn't. 

I was never concerned abt the guy, I even quoted the rohtak girls incident or that delhi aap traffic incident too. If you don't recall please look at the old thread.

he is just accused by the girl..and its the police responsibility to do the investgation to find if he did anything wrong. If not, he shd be let go.

But girls shd be encouraged to come forward and complain. I belive thats the only way to fight the abuse.
