Why is Vijayawada real estate more expensive than Hyderabad???

Endi vaa idi........ 25 crores land value for 4000 sq yards plot............ 12 km from bandar road anta................ mind tenginda vellaki.

 

Other than Native Vijayawada people, no insane person from outside will invest in this inflated real estate bubble.

idi maree too much price nenu monna 1000 sq feet konnanu amaravati lo 1.5 cr ki. 

maa baava vallu bandar road meeda nunchi 2 km lo 50l per acre konnaru 

nee location cheppu nenu chebuta

Near Kamineni hospitals deggara anta uncle........... 65,000 per square yard cheppadu anta.......... Family friend cheppadu.

This could be another abondoned city; govt employees cannot afford hyped prices.. govt have to provide quarters and why will anyone move to this city? Who will provide emplyment in this city?

price cheppetodu notiki ochindi  chepthadu kaani ... I dont think any one will buy for that price ...
