@yaman kulam piche correct ee kani land value matram at-times they compare bundar road facing site values to mumbai 

in other words, mumbai taruvata india lo expensive land prices are in vijayawada

not sure why, no trees, not the best infrastructure other than railway junction and airport kuda brand-new oka season lo ithe airport completely shutdown but still land prices r sky-rocketing 

fertile land and no scarcity of water becz of krishna river but it's once upon a time eppudu anni commercial lands or apartments 

10 years lo we need to beg China for plastic rice

all the credit goes to CBN and narayana

No China platic rice. Polavaram tho we will export rice to China Ani chinna babu tweeted.
