been lurking around and found this thread...na issue lo koncham salaha ivvandi-

M.S $tr@tf0rd lo chesina 2011 lo..adhi kaastha aagam aindhi first h1 extension apudu, denied due to 'fur-prafit institution reason' and got kicked back to India in 2016...same employer (FT , not consultancy) ee year malli apply chesindu, picked and approve ayyindhi in general quota with out masters (miracle, I get it) and visa stamped with new h1. inko 20 days lo undhi prayanam...

Although I'm concerned if I can port my previously approved I-140 towards my new h1 and if I qualify for 6 year window or will be considered against left over 3 year period from previous h1, asalu naa masters from $tr@tf0rd qualify avudha if new 'H1-B extension only for master graduates with i140' policy comes into play in near future?? lepothe going forward during extension, malli ee degree paniki raadhu, dengey india ki antara uscis? 

asalu raakamundhe enduku bhai ee tension ani anukokandi...koncham heads up unte mundhe mindful ga undhaamani, thats all... please telsinavallu , do post your valuable inputs on my questions...
