Although I'm concerned if I can port my previously approved I-140 towards my new h1 and if I qualify for 6 year window or will be considered against left over 3 year period from previous h1, asalu naa masters from $tr@tf0rd qualify avudha if new 'H1-B extension only for master graduates with i140' policy comes into play in near future?? lepothe going forward during extension, malli ee degree paniki raadhu, dengey india ki antara uscis?

I guess you can port  I-140. nevu more than 1 year outside vunte h1b clock reset ayidi. so next 6 yrs neku problem emi vunadau.

Thanks @former...meetho inthaka mundhu kuda maatladinattu gurthu.... nenu Nov 2016 lo India ki vachanu bro...after approval got in touch with attorney, made aware of the 'reset' option, I've stayed deliberately until now to complete one year and go back....kaani naa approval june 2017 lo vachindhi...so, 'out of status till new approval' daaka account chesthada USCIS or 'out of status till port of entry date' daaka account chesthadha USCIS for new 6 yr window?
