DMV help urgent

I need to give written test for DMV. I dont have the original copy but have the Approval notice. Can i still be able to write the test?

try cheyyi bhayya. but aadu aapali anukunte ee vidam ga ayina sava gottochu. 

approval notice hard copy vunda? not soft copy antadu. i-94 update ayyinda anochu?
