Konni sarlu bad situations lo even though you have enough equity, when selling your property, you may not sell it for profit, and you may not get your invested downpayment, and all the money that you have paid till date will account towards more on interest and not principal amount...so end of the day it will be loss game..

Contract extend avvadu........ only 2 more months untundi.

He's working with this client for last 4 years........... bindaas and peaceful life undedi last 4 years..........sudden gaa everything changed.

 

So whoever is on H1B People should think twice before buying homes............ we're temporary visa holders......... don't expect to be in the false hope that you'll get green card.
