I started on chat, then requested me to transfer to LOYALTY dept....
then..it said 35 minutes to connect to loyalty...then again it said 20 minutes...finally got connected within 5 ml.ins or so..

asked agent about offers...she told att next, bogo offers etc.. 

I told friend go great offers for being loyal to att... I am with att for 7+yrs..too. please consider..
then agent asked what phone u lookin at... I said iphone.. agent came back with following prices
iPhone 8 64GB - $250
iPhone 8 256GB - $400
iPhone 8+ 64GB - $350
iPhone 8+ 256GB - $500

I opted for iphone8 and iphone8+ on two lines.. total 641.98

extra I got were $10 discount on phone bill
waived upgrade fees
waived activation fees
$50 accessories credit on phone bill

I asked for cases or headphone etc but agent she could give $50 accessories ..and I took it. didnt push my luck too hard

I am on unlimited plan already... and paid phones price with CC..

so there wont be any changes in my plans...but additional $10 discount will be applied from this month
