Yes, MBA is Overrated. You need luck more than skill these days. 

You need to be extremely lucky to get to position you wanted after MBA and spending 120K. Like finding an employer who allows WFH for 2.5 years until MBA is done, then get a position in company as manager, who does EB1 immediately 

You are not that lucky, so dont even think about MBA
