Aditya Imperial Heights lo selling my flat in Hitech city

Guys,

I am looking to sell my house at Aditya Imperial heights On Hafeezpet main road near Hitech city.

It is 2000 sft flat East facing corner flat in G block. It has the balcony view of Phoenix mall (under construction) https://www.99acres.com/phoenix-jewel-crown-mall-hafeezpet-hyderabad-npxid-c3473

It took a long time for the builder to finish it but it came out really well with ample space between blocks. You will be surprised to see the common space for air flow and sunlight . As he started the project in 2010, he was able to do it. Very nice amenities and specifications with False ceiling in balconies too.

All flats are already sold out long time by builder. Builder is now doing resale and quoting 4500/sft + amenities + maintenance + corpus fund. 

I am willing to selling it off for 85 lakhs (including amenities + service tax of 2.5 which I already paid to govt) + maintenance + corpus fund (no negotiations pls) . 

All flats towards mall facing fetch you more price than the other side of the project fyi. My flat # is 506 and you have owners living in 505 and 507. The value is going to appreciate very fast here as even small builders in the area are selling for 4250-4500 + amenities. There are ample people occupying the flats now and many more are getting their interiors done. Once they all move in, the price is no ways going to be less that 5000/sft. Please do your own research too in the area to know about the prices. I am selling it off as my parents wont be living in that area.

85 Lakhs ki flat aa, andhulo sagam petti plot konte edho oka roju ki 1cr avvuddi@3$% Unless someone want to really live there flat is a dead investment. Good luck for you, evaro okaru thagultharu

There are already many people renting their flats and it is 30 K min for  2000 sft flat

sure bhayya 70 L ki kuda coming. Pls do your research for the property area, property size, project, amenities etc. pls enlighten me and other folks if you can find better ones for 85 L on a huge completed project on main road near hitech city that too a NEW flat
