I am willing to selling it off for 85 lakhs (including amenities + service tax of 2.5 which I already paid to govt) + maintenance + corpus fund (no negotiations pls) . 

All flats towards mall facing fetch you more price than the other side of the project fyi. My flat # is 506 and you have owners living in 505 and 507. The value is going to appreciate very fast here as even small builders in the area are selling for 4250-4500 + amenities. There are ample people occupying the flats now and many more are getting their interiors done. Once they all move in, the price is no ways going to be less that 5000/sft. Please do your own research too in the area to know about the prices. I am selling it off as my parents wont be living in that area.

zaheerabad, moinabad ki velte 30 l ki kuda ostayi. This is in hitech city and for people who are interested to live there. Pls dont compare another ooru with this ooru

man easy ga kontaru...apartment ante u will have right on land as well. undivided share..if its prime area a land cost will be 20000 sqft vuntadi.

if they give 400 sqft for each flat..he can make more money. it worth buying apartments in prime locations
