we are aksing for something in hitech city area. Aadibhatli, moinabad, zaheerabad kadu bhayya. That segment is different and this segment is different. pls dont mix up everything here. I know even 20 L ki kuda ostayi if you go 40 kms away.

fyi all the ventures you mentioned above, at myhome and aprarna venture, pls get me a flat for 1.2 c and I will give you 5 lakhs commission too.

For the rest of the ventures you mentioned they are near orr and yes for sure you can get it for 85 L - 1C where the land prices are so much cheaper than hafeezpet and hitech city area.

You ask me about any venture from top builder in hyd, I have info with prices

may be they are referring to lands 20 kms away from hyd. this is a topic in the hyd city center. dont know why they are mixing up and giving unncessary incomplete gyaan to all

City center lo ante ekkada bhayya? ee year construction for 75 L. What are the amenities and open land in the venture?

do you have well maintained swimming pool, children swimming pool, 70% open area, children play area, basket ball courts etc etc?  

fyi my home constructions gate bayata ne unnna chinna chitaka ventures lo u get 40% less than in my home. But demand in my home is only bigger  due to style of living, amenities, facilities and community.
