For the rest of the ventures you mentioned they are near orr and yes for sure you can get it for 85 L - 1C where the land prices are so much cheaper than hafeezpet and hitech city area.

You ask me about any venture from top builder in hyd, I have info with prices :)

bhayya ee half knowledge thone confuse avtaru janalu...80 L for how much sft? I bet and can post you  links for ramky cosmos flats here where nothing is less than a crore for a 2000sft flat.

Ramky cosmos is near nallagandla which is near tellapur. pls dont compare for prices so far. even at this far location they are selling for 80L for a 1600sft flat

mari facilities like swimming pool, children swimming pool, 70% open area, children play area, basket ball courts etc comes with a price kada bhayya. Also ease of commute to all sfotware employess which is directly proportional to land prices near hitech city kada bhayya

I also bet your flat for 75 L is not new. it must be minimum 5-10 years old.

So please post details with all info needed. if not others will be confused

ee ventures range 4300- 4600 /sq ft cheptunnaru. negotiate cheskunte oka 100 tagge avakasam kuda undi ...

kontha ventures handover konni time padthay , konni ready to move if you are willing to pay more.

choice kuda chala untayi.like direction , floor ..

It took a long time for the builder to finish it but it came out really well with ample space between blocks. You will be surprised to see the common space for air flow and sunlight . As he started the project in 2010, he was able to do it. Very nice amenities and specifications with False ceiling in balconies too.

All flats are already sold out long time by builder. Builder is now doing resale and quoting 4500/sft + amenities + maintenance + corpus fund. 

I am willing to selling it off for 85 lakhs (including amenities + service tax of 2.5 which I already paid to govt) + maintenance + corpus fund (no negotiations pls) . 

All flats towards mall facing fetch you more price than the other side of the project fyi. My flat # is 506 and you have owners living in 505 and 507. The value is going to appreciate very fast here as even small builders in the area are selling for 4250-4500 + amenities. There are ample people occupying the flats now and many more are getting their interiors done. Once they all move in, the price is no ways going to be less that 5000/sft. Please do your own research too in the area to know about the prices. I am selling it off as my parents wont be living in that area.

If you or any of your friends are interested, pls let me know .
