All flats towards mall facing fetch you more price than the other side of the project fyi. My flat # is 506 and you have owners living in 505 and 507. The value is going to appreciate very fast here as even small builders in the area are selling for 4250-4500 + amenities. There are ample people occupying the flats now and many more are getting their interiors done. Once they all move in, the price is no ways going to be less that 5000/sft. Please do your own research too in the area to know about the prices. I am selling it off as my parents wont be living in that area.
