This is a new property and would be the first registration.

as I said the Bhumi pooja was done in 2010 but they completed it end of 2017. This is the same case with any big venture.

Builder only delayed construction due to some loss in elections. But he finally finished with excellent quality. All the owners are really happy with the quality. People were concerned in between due to delay but very happy now.

Bhayya neku pedda knowledge lenattu undi. This is the same case with any big constructions. It’s called completed only when the builder hands over the property. Age of construction is not calculated from bhumi pooja time. It is calculated from the occupant certificate date

I am willing to selling it off for 85 lakhs (including amenities + service tax of 2.5 which I already paid to govt) + maintenance + corpus fund (no negotiations pls) . 

All flats towards mall facing fetch you more price than the other side of the project fyi. My flat # is 506 and you have owners living in 505 and 507. The value is going to appreciate very fast here as even small builders in the area are selling for 4250-4500 + amenities. There are ample people occupying the flats now and many more are getting their interiors done. Once they all move in, the price is no ways going to be less that 5000/sft. Please do your own research too in the area to know about the prices. I am selling it off as my parents wont be living in that area.

Ade builder 2020 ki isthe occupant certificate date 2020 iythada brother.
