1. Dallas - 135K with 4K relocation and benefits 

2. 118K in Richmond, VA with no relocation

3. 125K in Pittsburgh with 5K relocation.

 

Currently working in Buffalo as Contracted with 2 yrs extension billing rate $90 to employer NO BENEFITS and you know H1 extension situation as a contractor.

Lot of parameters go into deciding. If going by the only information you gave, and that means you are assuming salary is the only criteria then its a no brainer.
