My H1-B application is in process and i am waiting for the reply, I've submitted my RFE on Jan 10. I am working for a client XXXX through my employer as a contractor and i was offered a full time, so what is that i can do now ?? 

Can i accept my full time offer - Is there any legal process to get converted as a full time employee when my H1-B is in process and the decision is pending ?

What if the result is not yet revealed till March ?? 

Please let me know ASAP ??
