I-140 experts opinion please

bro naa i-140 approved 1yr back ...recently  1.5 month back changed employer... case status updated "Case Was Automatically Revoked"... as per new rule employer cant revoked kada

I think i140 can be revoked any time by old employer, but as per new rule you can still keep on applying h1b extension based on old i140 even if its revoked and you PD will be stay same as old one.

you still need to redo i140 again with new employer before i485.

I-140 revoked meaning - your employer submitted withdrawal, i.e you have valid Priority date, if it's approved beyond 6 months and stayed with original employer who filed. If dates become current then you have no way to file I-485 since there isn't any existing I-140. No matter what, you have to file new petition with new employer, even if you decide to go back to old employer he must file from the beginning but you can preserve your Priority Date if you met the criteria.

I think you can use only the Priority date anukunta from old employer...140 is employer document so he may have rights to revoke it
