EB1 GC lo apply cheyali ante what is the criteria, Can go back to India work as Manager for 2 or 3 yrs can come to USA and apply in EB1 ? will  this work

1 year outside US as manager or executive in last 3 years before applying. Come back as manager or executive for same firm. Don't come back in H1 as manager. Come through L1

One my of cousin went to India 3 yrs back joined as asst manager and came back to USA desi company (h1 transfer) after 2 months jump from desi and joined the same company in USA (were back india worked as Asst manager). now trying in eb1.

H1 by definition is specialty occupation. When they look at whole EB1 case, they assume the guy didn't come as manager but as specialist. L1A means manager.

talk to murthy firm. Attorney don't like EB1 for people that are in H1.

India poyi manager ga atleast 2 years chesi.. adey title and role tho L1 meeda US osthey you can apply in Eb1 or else go back in line as H1 and apply in EB2 or Eb3 and wait for 30 more years....

- min 1 yr mgr ga prev exp undali.. and current job should be a mgr role 

- require recos and doc support from congress men

- publications, citations (100+) of any technical documentations
