sorry @charygaru Ee roju ofc lo chala busy unde, AFDB open cheyaledu.  First 2 weeks ee breakfast, after that intermittent fasting kuda add chesa. Easy ga untundi. Breakfast ki genarally nenu eggs prefer chestha, chese omlet, regular omlet, boiled eggs ala. manaku easy kada. Bacon kuda try cheyochu. nenu thinanu kabatti try cheyaledu. But it is good for diet. My wife made keto dosa for me with almond flour and cheese.  Rest aa recipes lo emunnayo anni thinochu lunch ki or dinner ki. 

 

last week start chesi malli apesa. Wife's request. Will start again on Feb 18th. Last week menu for your reference. 

monday -   Boiled eggs - Salad and couple of boiled eggs - Ground Turkey in tortillo lo (Tortillo, ground turkey, mayo, sour cream, chese)

Tuesday - Omlet -  Ground Turkey in tortillo - salad and almonds

Wed - Fried Boiled eggs - Salad - Chipotle chicken (nenu intlo cook chesa, recipe undi chudu) 

Thur - No breakfast - Chipotle Chicken - Tilapia fish

Fri - Fried boiled eggs - Chipotle ki velli salad bowl - Musrooms and omlet (koncham greek yogurt)

Sat - Panner fry - Mushroom - Salad 

Sun - Cheese Omlet - mutton fry - Salad and mutton fry

Mon - No breakfast - Salad and eggs - BBQ nundi chicken techukunna

inka keto dosa or keto bread, peanut butter thinaledu last week. 

Youtube lo Dr. Eric Berg videos chudu.  net carbs should be around 20. Total Carbs - Fiber. Lekapothe keto stage ki vellavu.

fibre kuda vuntundii bro, keto lo net carbs are calculated. net carbs shouldn't me more than 30-40 gms something.

depends on the body type and the amount of calories you take though.
