the golden goose is the kirandol railway line which generates freight revenue....entirely handled from vskp...

kani ee revenue antha diverted to bhuvaneswar --- all new lines new trains doubling electrification go to bbsr...

vizag lo start ayye trains mellaga bbsr varaku podigistaru and not vice versa.....

ippudu chala trains duvvada meeda ninchi laagistunnaru.......vizag people ki pedda bokka......1994 election ninchi choostunna....MP ki nilchunna prati vadu cheptadu railway zone gurinchi.....votleu veyinchukuntaru...maayam aipotaru.......last time haribabu gelichindi kooda railway zone railway zone anee......

Vskp is perfect to be the new zone and as its HQ and also has the revenue too for it....ofcourse vja guntur handles more passenger but vskp has freight revenue as well...

HPCL refinery ki direct potai oil containers and then to all over india........vskp vallu edo cry chestunnaru andaam tappu emo bro.....it has been there since last 20-25 years...

The administration of Railways is divided into zones and divisions. A zone is headed by a General Manager and a division is headed by a Divisional Railway Manager (DRM). Presently there are total 16 zones and 70 divisions in Indian Railways. 
The South Central Railway zone has its head quarter at Secunderabad and comprises five divisions each located at Secunderabad, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Guntakal, Guntur and Nanded.
A typical Railway division has on an average railway tracks of about 1000 kilometers length, about 15,000 employees and one control room which controls and monitors operations of all trains within the division. Each division also has a Disaster Management Center equipped with Accident Relief Trains, Accident Relief Medical Vans and Breakdown Cranes. Besides above Diesel Locomotive Sheds, Electric Locomotive Sheds and Coaching Depots are also provided at Division level.
Thus creation of division or a zone at any particular places ensures creation of many job opportunities for individuals together with indirect employment to many others in ancillary and associated sectors.
I think the power to float tenders also comes with the creation of zones and divisions which creates various types of business opportunities to many individuals in the area.

visakha express....vskp to sc undedi....shifted to bbsr

prasanthi express vskp to bangalore undedi......shifted to bbsr

you dont find examples of vice versa.....there are atleast 10 trains from bbsr to kolkata....not one of them is elongated till vskp......south bound trains bbsr ki elongate chesinappudu, north bound trains vskp ki ivvali kada......there is major westbengal population in vskp and they suffer because no daily train.....ofcourse there are 30-35 trains in the route kani starting vskp aite quota of seats ekkuva vastai....

kakinada has daily express train to chennai(circar express).....vskp doesnot!!!!!!

kakinada has daily express train to bangalore (seshadri express).....vskp doesnot!!!!!! enduku ante, no answer.....this is not crying on kakinada...but showing the pathetic state of trains for passengers in vskp....

chaaala rojulu gola pettaka, bi weekly trains esaru vskp-chennai and vskp-kolkata routes lo.......beggars ki esinattu.....kalla neelu tudavataniki....

chennai povalsina vadu...coramandel kosamo chennai mail kosamo aagalsinde inkaa......70s lo laaga....

passengers unna kooda trains ravu...revenue unna trains raavu....enduku ante ECoR kabatti......ekkado bbsr lo kurchoni 10gi tintaru....ikkada public suffer avvalsinde......pattinchukune naadhudee ledu......all loaafers.....2004 janaradhan reddy ade song....2009 purandeswari ade song......2014 hari babu ade song........vskp public still waiting for their share of trains...possible only if the division shifts....

not about revnue......but pathetic state of passenger trains in vskp.....chaal pedda list last post lo vesa...sample maatrame....division vere zone loki velte chaala kastalu teerutai...

However, South Indians need to take over rialways now. Enough of North Indian domination over railways. 

Present pathetic state of railways can be attributed to the leadership of North Indians.
