frankly speaking Orissa lo any city kante Vizag 10 times better and Vizag population is more connected to Uttarandhra and Orissa than go ji and vijaywada..so railway zone lo amount share cheyatam kontha varaku justified.

Vskp is perfect to be the new zone and as its HQ and also has the revenue too for it....ofcourse vja guntur handles more passenger but vskp has freight revenue as well...

Ala ani emaina rule unda pakkane HQ undakudadu ani... Ippudu kotha zone form ayithe SCR has also has to loose lots of freight revenue since ports will be part of new one, so they also won't be inclined to loose them..

Secunderabad - Vijayawada via Warangal distance is around 350 Kms,  Gorakpur which is HQ of (NER) North eastern railway and Allahabad which is HQ of (NCR) North central railway are also seperated by around 360 Kms which is pretty much same.

Mumbai lo rendu zone HQ unnayi which Central Railway & Western railway...Kolkatta lo rendu zones ki HQ base one is eastern railway(ER) and other is SER(South Eastern railway), Bilaspur which is HQ of SECR & Jabalpur which is HQ of WCR are also just around 400 Kms apart.

 

VSKP vallu cry chetunnaru ani eppudu nenu analedu bro, just that they want HQ at VSKP only if new zone if formed,  VSKP SCR loki vachina SCR can do justice to it better than current setup.

Why you left out Chennai-Visakhapatnam which was extended to BBS... Same time table slot lo rendu weeklies ihcaru VSKP ki in last 4-5 years lo.

Main thing is early morning Chennai arrival ki new train before 9 AM slot dorakadu entukante SR (Southern Railway) is ready to give one, antuke ippudunna weeklies after 9 AM arrival untadi at MAS (Chennai Central) station.

Offcourse yes VSKP nunchi train adigithe ECoR will start it from BBS (Bhubaneshwar) or will not much good slot. Banaglore ki kuda Spls vesindi SWR(South Western Railway) which is Hubli based and also Bangalore is part of it but ECoR didn't..Instead they start from BBS.
