FTE job from cotract2hire - urgent help

Frnds,

i have a typical scenario. Naku currently fte undi gatha 4 yrs nundi. 6 months back oka remote positions (contrct) oste accept chesi, rendu job lu manage cheskutunna. paycheck oka emplyr gadu verey opt paina run chesi istunnadu. Ippudu veedu fte ista antunnadu, and overall ga naku interest undi. Na question enti ante :

na current h1 ippudu unna fte vaadi tho undi, repu akkada fte accept cheste na h1 transfer time lo ela manage cheyali? HR, attorney veellani ela manage cheyyochu, assal option unda cheyadaaniki? cheppi punyam kattukondi ideas?

vaadiki teliyadu nenu already fte lo unna ani. ippudu kotha fte teeskovali antey, vadu na previous h1 copy adugutaadu, so telisipotadi kada bayya. so ela ani? naaku interest undi ftw teeskovalani.

fte vadilesi employer ki  h1 transfer chesukoni 2 months mee employer tho undi paystubs generate ayaaka FT ki convert avochu 

 

but it is too risky ee time ... transfers , amendments ivi anni chala delay avuthunnay.... 

 

neeku inka help cheyali anipiste OPT pilaganiki training ichi athani refer chey aa remote position ki.... okariki help chesinattu avuthadi

ok laagi? next enti? eppudaina matter cheppalsinde kada. moreover, company vadu contractors ni fte's tho replacing, so they are kind of hurrying up, if not, they ll look for someone else.  Like i said, i wanted to leave my current fte and go with the new one. looking for possible ways.

idhi typical kadu, unique scenario. 

HR department, vendor management, and your manager. These guys will never be on same page. Vendor management team knows about C2C but they don't maintain records about your H1 because they don't care about it as long as hours are billed. HR & attorney would not have this info. So when you do h1 transfer, communicate with these guys, not to vendor. You might have told to your client boss who your employer is but you don't need to tell that again during the transfer. You can directly communicate with attorney during the process. Even HR need not be included in that conversation. Unless HR sees something odd like - if your previous employer is direct competitor, there won't be any issues.

Thank you for the response. In fact nannu hire chesina director left the company couple month ago, we have a new manager and same team now. I had a thought of taking a month break, letting them know that I ll be on vacation or personal family leave. Then go back as fte, if that makes a lill difference, just to be on a safer side.

Even better. No one knows/cares who your employer was. Do the same steps you normally do for transfer.
