I am asking the vendors to take the passport number who say they can work on W2 .Please check the travel history and references from american colleagues for their work experience in USA.. All H4 ead aunties are fake and the work they perform at client place is useless.

nobody cares what you are.. if they think you have the content and can present your skills during the face to face interview they will hire you... he will be least bothered if you are opt or h1b.  It is ideal to hire hard working enthusiast guy than a guy with 10 years experience on single job role.

that problem is not because of h4 ead aunties.. that problem is because of vendors monopoly. There are no h4 ead aunties in my field. But still vendors don't accept h1b and opt candiates resume. Vendors want w2 people to work directly under them and h1b cannot work under them.

f2f or skype lekunda oka 10-20% interview vuntayi emo,. Most of H4 ead looking for FT not consulting. FT needs f2f.
